Engagements
How I Work
I partner with companies and teams to build AI-native products — from first architecture decision to production deployment. Every engagement is scoped, time-boxed, and focused on shipping.
What I Build
AI-Native Product Development
Full-stack applications with AI woven in from day one — not bolted on after. From architecture through production deployment.
GenAI Integration & Automation
LLM-powered features, RAG pipelines, document processing, and workflow automation integrated into existing systems.
Cloud Architecture & Migration
Event-driven architectures, microservices, cloud-native infrastructure on GCP/AWS. Migration planning and execution.
Agentic Development Enablement
Helping engineering teams adopt AI-assisted development workflows — tooling, processes, and hands-on coaching.
How Engagements Work
Every engagement starts with a conversation — no pitch decks, no pressure. We talk through what you're building, where you are today, and what "done" looks like. If there's a fit, I put together a scoped proposal with clear deliverables and timeline.
During the build, you get weekly demos and transparent progress updates. I work in focused sprints, shipping incrementally so you can see and test real output early. No black-box months of silence followed by a big reveal.
At the end of every engagement, you own everything — code, documentation, architecture decisions. I build systems your team can maintain and extend, not dependencies on me coming back.
